Before entering the water, your guide will introduce you to the snorkeling equipment, explain proper techniques, review important safety information, and make sure you feel comfortable and ready to explore.

Your adventure begins with convenient pickup from your eligible hotel, resort, Airbnb, vacation rental, or lodging accommodation.
Round-trip transportation is included, allowing you to relax and enjoy your experience without worrying about navigating unfamiliar roads, parking, or arranging separate transportation.

Departure Time
Pickup generally takes place between 8:00 AM and 8:30 AM, depending on your lodging location and the day’s itinerary.
Your exact pickup time will be confirmed prior to your experience.
Guest Requirements & Restrictions
For the safety and comfort of all guests:
Guests must be 6 years of age or older
Maximum weight is 250 lbs. for female guests and 300 lbs. for male guests
This experience is not wheelchair or stroller accessible
Pickup service is not available in Dorado
Guests must follow all instructions and safety procedures provided by their guide
Snorkeling locations and activities may be modified based on weather, water, and ocean conditions
